Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-01
These Terms govern your use of workskill.tools (the “Site”) operated by WorkSkill (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or downloading a Skill package you accept these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. What we provide
WorkSkill curates and sells downloadable “Skill” packages: structured instructions, templates, scripts and examples that guide AI agents (such as Claude, Codex or Cursor) to produce professional work. We do not execute Skills for you and do not provide model inference; you run Skills in your own AI environment at your own cost.
Skill packages are digital, licensed goods. You are not buying the software itself; you receive the license described in section 4 and in the license file included with each package.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. Downloading free packages requires an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
3. Free and paid Skills
Free Skills can be downloaded after signing in with a verified email. Paid Skills can be purchased individually or accessed through an active WorkSkill Pro subscription. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay; payments, invoicing and taxes are handled by our merchant of record, Creem.
A single purchase grants access to the purchased Skill, including ordinary updates of that Skill. An active Pro subscription grants access to all published paid Skills and their updates for as long as the subscription is active.
4. License
Unless a package states otherwise, you may download, run and modify a Skill package for your own professional or internal business work, and you own the outputs you generate with your own data. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the package itself, publish it as your own product, or use it to build a competing Skill store.
Subscriptions: if your subscription ends, packages you separately purchased remain licensed to you under the license terms in effect when you downloaded them.
We may withdraw a package that infringes rights or creates a security risk; withdrawn packages stop being downloadable and affected purchases are refunded per the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Skills to produce unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to violate third-party rights, or to automate abuse of other services. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business purposes.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or improve Skills; material changes to a purchased Skill’s purpose will be noted in its changelog. These Terms may change; the version in force when you download or purchase applies to that transaction.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Skill packages and sample outputs are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose; always validate results before business use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
